A Literature Checklist

Good communication is all about the audience, not about what is easy or convenient for us.The literature matters so, as you prepare it, keep pressing the pause button and review how you are doing. This simple checklist helps provide some quality assurance and offers some guidance on distributing the literature.
Poorly written letters can be counterproductive. Badly produced brochures won’t cut it in our high-tech multimedia world. Both letters and brochures will be undermined if you fail to distribute them efficiently and request a clear response by a specific date. Once your written literature has been drafted, give it to someone who has not seen it before. Let them read it to check that it really says what you think it says!
