Programme Evaluation

When the preaching is done, responses in and acted upon and thanks extended to everyone the final planning group task is to reflect and evaluate. We learn by doing then thinking about what we did and what we have learned for the future. Take time informally to review the various elements of the programme, from preaching to the preparation of the literature and to explore the financial impact of the programme.

A Giving in Grace programme will give tools for future use and identify some issues for future attention. It will highlight areas of good practice and also of weakness, which need to be addressed. And, of course, there will be a financial impact to measure that will suggest things to look at in the future. The simple Excel spreadsheet under Downloads collates and presents the key financial data in both tabular and graphical formats.
