Liverpool Story Update

Following the launch of Giving in Grace back in 2005, the churches of the Liverpool Diocese saw a significant increase in the number of tax efficient givers ( 7.1% ). The recent release of the 2006 national church statistics has shown that this increase
was not only maintained, but improved
upon with another above average increase
in the number of tax efficient givers. The 2006 figures also revealed that the large increase in givers translated into a financial increase that was almost double the national average!

The positive impact of Giving in Grace was also seen when giving was compared to average personal incomes for the diocese. While the members of our churches have consistently given at a higher level than the national average, the difference between the two noticeably increased.
