Matthew Liturgical Resources

This page contains links to the liturgical resources that accompany the passages in the Matthew preaching series. Resources include opening sentence, confession, collects, intercessions, offertory and post communion prayers, and a blessing. From the table below click the link in the right hand column to access a Word document that contains the liturgical resources to accompany the chosen passage. (No liturgical material is provided for the the first two passages (Mt. 16:13-20 and
16: 21:28 which are intended as notes for preachers.) The resources reflect the theme of the Matthew reading for the day.

Where a liturgical resource has been attributed to an author or a denominational body, the material is copyright and should be used unchanged. Where there is no attribution of source, the material has been written locally and can be edited freely. We would appreciate any feedback on the locally produced prayers.
