Annual Review:
Agenda for the Second Meeting
- Opening prayer
- Prepare the Annual Review Document:
• Agree the achievements and learning from previous evaluation.
• Discuss the financial conclusions and agree the financial plan.
• Agree the timing, date and tone of the Annual Review.
• Agree a rough outline of the programme design to meet the financial conclusions.
• Agree action needed on Annual Review items.
- Agree approach to PCC/DCC
- Agree the criteria for differentiation and impact on communications (The discussion paper on differentiation may be useful at this meeting):
• Will the criteria remain the same as the main programme or be changed (e.g. a new definition of last year's fringe with a different letter to the congregational letter)?
• Identify mechanism for identifying changes to database since the last programme.
- Go through the planning checklist.
- Closing prayer
Note: The treasurer will need to complete the relevant sections of the financial analysis section before this meeting.
