Annual Review:
Agenda for the Third Meeting

  1. Opening prayer
  2. Feedback from PCC/DCC:
    a. Revise/modify Annual Review Document.
    b. Modify/refine Review Sunday programme design.
  3. Go through Review Sunday design and necessary action:
    Prayer - arrangements for prayer support, intercessions and prayer cards if applicable.
    Preaching - arrangements for Sunday services and any other teaching being undertaken.
    Communication -
      a. Database review complete.
      b. Draft letters agreed if applicable
      c. Distribution methods agreed - collection from church, delivery, postage, etc.
      d. Brochure and response forms finalised if applicable.
      e. Magazine articles and newsletters arranged if applicable.
    Interaction - arrangements made for socials, visiting, or small groups if applicable.
    Leadership - arrangements in place with PCC/DCC and Planning Group.
    • Treasurer - financial presentations to congregation complete if applicable.
  4. Confirm date, time and venue of post-programme meeting.
  5. Go through planning checklist.
  6. Closing prayer
