Annual Review:
Agenda for the Post Programme Meeting

  1. Opening prayer.
  2. Programme members share initial review of programme.
  3. Follow up - check all follow up is complete, or in hand:
    • A general thank you in worship, magazine, notice sheets, etc.
    • Action taken on all requests for additional information
      re: Gift Aid, standing orders, envelopes and legacies.
      A specific thank you to those requesting further information should come from those managing those requests.
    • Follow up of any pastoral issues that arose during the programme.
  4. Review programme financial impact using the evaluation form:
    a. Responses returned.
    b. Increase in giving (if collected on the commitments forms).
    c. Additional Gift Aid declarations.
    d. Additional standing orders/giving envelopes.
    e. Non-respondents by category:
      - Core
      - Congregation
      - Fringe
  5. Complete initial evaluation.
    Based on how far you have achieved the aims and objectives of the Annual Review.
  6. Make plans to report evaluation to the PCC/DCC.
  7. Closing prayer and thanksgiving
