Planning Group Agenda 5: Key Tasks

By the end of this meeting the Planning Group need to have:

• Arrangements for all events and services in place.
• Final version of the case statement agreed following consultation.
• Any small groups arranged.
• If using a visiting programme, the arrangements made and training arranged.
• Planning Group's own financial response made or planned.
• Started to consider a follow up strategy.

For the next meeting

• The sixth pre programme meeting continues the planning process, tying up the final preparation details.
• Planning Groups should also begin to review the additional programme checklist that will assist in finalising the arrangements for the actual running of the Giving in Grace programme, in the church.
