There are some high-quality youth and children's resources in the UK from both a secular and a faith perspective that will help with financial capability and growing up generous amidst the pressures of a consumer culture. An internet search for 'teaching stewardship to children' will unearth other resources – 3.6 million hits in fact!
Young People Giving for Life is a creative resource, five sessions exploring the giving of time, talents and treasure from the diocese of Southwell and Nottingham. Christian Financial Compass offers two study booklets for children: Give Save Spend for 7s and under and The Secret for 8 to 12-year-olds. The Personal Finance Education Group is the UK's leading money education charity for young people. The Teem Money Workshop is a one hour interactive workshop delivered by volunteers with The Money Charity, formerly Credit Action, who also offer workshops aimed at KS 3 to 4.  Finally, Messy Church resources explore Money Matters and Messy Month in 2013 was themed around Generosity.
